Ocala Teen Nacssa Garemore to Compete for $250,000 in American Ninja Warrior Final

An Ocala teenager is set to compete for a $250,000 grand prize next week in the final round of NBC’s American Ninja Warrior.
Nacssa Garemore, of Ocala, has advanced to the final stage of the televised competition series after progressing through multiple rounds over the past two months. The final episode is scheduled to air Monday, Aug. 18 at 8 p.m. ET on NBC. You can also stream the next day on Peacock.
Nacssa secured automatic qualification for the final round during Monday night’s broadcast, alongside fellow Group 1 competitor Taylor Greene. The final 32 contestants will compete in a single-elimination bracket, with head-to-head races determining who advances.

(Nacssa has been among the top competitors this season for American Ninja Warrior and will look to win $250,000 in Monday’s finale.)
Despite an early loss in his group’s opening matchup, Nacssa rebounded with victories over Taylor Greene and his first American Ninja Warrior coach, RJ Roman, earning the best overall record in his group.
Nacssa’s time during the semifinal round was the fastest for the 10-obstacle course since American Ninja Warrior Season 5, which occurred over 12 years ago. Nacssa was also the first individual to complete the Mega Wall challenge this season. He earned a $10,000 prize in the process.
The winner of next week’s finale on NBC on Monday, August 18th at 8 p.m. ET, will take home the $250,000 prize and the title of American Ninja Warrior champion. Good luck Nacssa!
