Clermont, FL – Get ready to meet your Olympic heroes this Saturday, October 19, 2024, at the Clermont City Hall Council Chambers from 10:30 to 11:30 AM. This special event features an exciting lineup of Olympic athletes, including sprinter Noah Lyles and fellow American Kenny Bednarek, alongside Puerto Rican star Gabby Scott.

(Kenny Bednarek who trains at Montverde Academy holds his 1st place Diamond League trophy he won this year.)

Attendees will have the unique opportunity to meet these accomplished athletes, snap photos, and get autographs. It’s a chance for fans to connect with the stars who represent their countries on the global stage. Noah Lyles won the 100M race and finished 3rd in the 200 meter race at the 2024 Paris Olympics while Kenny Bednarek finished 2nd in the 200 meter mens race. Bednarek is also a two time gold medalist in the Diamond League winning in 2021 and 2024 league championship in the Mens 200 meter race.

In the spirit of giving back, the Lyles Brothers Sports Foundation encourages all attendees to bring a shelf-stable food item to donate to the Find, Feed, and Restore Food Pantry. This initiative aims to support local families in need, making the event not just a celebration of athletic achievement but also a community effort to combat food insecurity.

Don’t miss this opportunity to meet your Olympic heroes and contribute to a worthy cause!
