Ramshackle Cafe In Leesburg Now Offers Breakfast
Ramshackle Cafe in Leesburg is under new ownership. The new owner is Chip Brandley and he and his team own highly successful breakfast spots up in Nashville, Tennessee. When Brandley bought Ramshackle last year from longtime owner Glenn Gerkin, it was always in the cards that Ramshackle would open for breakfast.
“We actually opened for Father’s Day on Sunday and it went terrific,” says General Manager Robert Bryant, “We had people enjoy it so much that they thought we gave them too much food!” chuckled Robert.
Robert, who is the General Manager and one of the chefs at Ramshackle, was proud of the new menu. “I think people are really going to enjoy it. We offer Pancakes, Omelets, French Toast, Bacon, Sausage, Eggs, Biscuits and Gravy, Veggie Omelets, and more,” says Robert.
The first test run appears to be a hit. We heard many in the community giving good positive feedback about this new breakfast option in town. “Right now we are only open from Thursday – Sunday from 7 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. and then we transition for lunch. We may actually open all week if this takes off and there is demand for it,” says Robert.
The new ownership group specializes in breakfast, so along with the lunch and dinner menu, there is now a breakfast option. Ramshackle has been around a long time. The restaurant has been a local favorite hotspot for years and continues to showcase why it is beloved by the community.
The new management team has a great track record of success, and they’ve put love and care into the food and product that is coming out of the kitchen. If you want to try breakfast at Ramshackle, they currently serve from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Thursday to Sunday.
