The South Lake High School Aquatic team made a huge splash at the Ralph Crocker Classic Swim meet in Auburn on January 12th-15th! South Lake competed against 25 other teams from six states and experienced massive time drops across both the men’s and women’s teams!

Additionally, the SLAC had five Florida age group qualifiers (Ismail Elamari, Bella Estep, Michaela Snook, Caleb Stromberg and Jackson Kelly.)

They also had 1 new Florida Senior Championship qualifier – Katon Schmidt. They had 1 new USA Swimming South Sectionals Qualifier – Henry Carlisle.

The winners of the event in Auburn, were Rory Connelly in the Senior 200 Free and 100 Fly. Blake Agamez 10 and under in the 50 Fly. Rory Connelly set a South Lake team record in the 15–16-year-old 50 Free, 200 Free, and 400 Individual Medley. Blake Agamez set a team record in the 10 and under 50 Fly.

This is amazing and we are so happy to see this team’s success. Way to represent Lake County!
