Spencer, head coach of the girls team, and Sean, head coach of the boys team, share their journey into coaching and what drives their passion for the sport. From building a competitive program to leading by example, both coaches talk about how they still train alongside their athletes — pushing through personal injuries while continuing to show what it takes to compete. We also dive into the culture they’ve created at Eustis, how they motivate their teams and what the future looks like for the weightlifting program.
