Citrus Sky Bar is the latest concept from David and Hillary Perry, the visionary husband-and-wife team behind some of Downtown Tavares’ most beloved establishments. As the owners of Nautilus Coffee Co., The Argonaut Bar & Lounge, Ironworks Steakhouse, Poppy’s Ice Cream, and The Citrus Hotel, the Perrys have played a pivotal role in revitalizing the local dining and hospitality scene.

“Citrus Sky Bar is the perfect place to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset over Lake Dora,” Hillary says. “We also have a great view of the seaplanes that fly in and out of the lake all day long. In addition, the bar is a prime location to watch the 4th of July fireworks.”

Citrus Sky Bar boasts a full bar featuring an extensive cocktail selection, including 30 different martinis crafted to appeal to a variety of palates. Guests can enjoy creative options such as the Tavares Sunset, a blend of coconut rum, pineapple, and grenadine, or the Pistachio Perfection, made with Stoli Vanilla, Baileys, amaretto, and crushed pistachios.

For those seeking non-alcoholic alternatives, the bar also offers a selection of handcrafted mocktails, including the Coconut Citrus Delight, a refreshing blend of coconut puree, grapefruit juice, and soda, as well as a variety of beer and wine options.

The food menu at Citrus Sky Bar is carefully curated to complement the craft cocktails. Guests can enjoy a selection of flatbreads, appetizers, baked wings, and paninis, all made with high-quality ingredients. The Hummus Board, featuring house-made hummus, kalamata olives, feta cheese, red onion, cucumber, and tomato served with warm naan, is already a crowd favorite.
