The countdown is on for the grand opening of Hooters of The Villages, set to welcome customers on Sunday, July 7 at 700 Kristine Way. This marks the first Hooters location to open in The Villages, bringing the restaurant’s signature wings, friendly service, and laid-back atmosphere to one of Florida’s fastest-growing communities.

Construction on the new building has been underway for several months, with anticipation building among local residents.

Known for its classic American fare, iconic wings, and “Hooters Hospitality,” the restaurant promises to deliver a lively dining experience with a focus on food, fun, and friendly service.

“We’re thrilled to bring the Hooters brand to The Villages, we’re bringing the wings, smiles and the Hooters hospitality you know and love,” the restaurant said on Facebook.

While Hooters filed for Bankruptcy, the company has emerged. A few Florida locations were shut down but a lare amount remain and the original founders are committed to making the brand thrive again. The July 7 opening will officially add The Villages to that list and hopefully help in the revival of this once and still iconic restaurant chain.
