Rev. Dr. Isaac Deas – Deas Consulting

Rev. Dr. Isaac Deas, a pastor, licensed mental health counselor and founder of Deas Consulting in Tavares, is dedicated to guiding individuals through life’s challenges. He offers counseling services addressing a spectrum of issues, from individual, group and marriage counseling to anger management and substance abuse, catering to people of all ages. However, Deas’s current focal point is about empowering women.

With a genuine concern for women’s well-being, Deas is committed to helping them reclaim their self-worth and break free from oppressive circumstances. He observes that many women silently endure abusive relationships or settle for less than they deserve due to financial constraints or societal pressure. Recognizing the ripple effects of such situations on families, Deas emphasizes the importance of fostering healthy environments where children can thrive.

“I think sometimes women have forgotten who they are. They allow themselves to be treated in a way other than how a queen should be treated,” Isaac says. “One of my missions is to remind them that women are the gift. It’s not us men. We have deluded ourselves into thinking that we’re the gift, but we’re not.”

Deas’s dedication to women’s empowerment extends beyond individual counseling sessions. He hosts a monthly women’s group on the last Monday of every month and an annual women’s conference, slated for August 17 this year. 

“The conference includes breakfast, lunch and the program. It’s a morning of empowering and reminding women how special they are,” Isaac says.
