Leesburg Post Office to Close Lobby in Evenings Due to Security Concerns
The Leesburg Post Office, located at 1201 S 14th St, has implemented new security measures in response to security concerns. Effective immediately, the lobby of the Leesburg Post Office will be closed from 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.
This change impacts all customers, including those who access PO Boxes at this location. The Post Office acknowledges the inconvenience this may cause and appreciates the understanding and cooperation of the community as they work to ensure the safety and security of both the facility and its patrons.
Style Magazine reached out to confirm the details, and the Leesburg Post Office has confirmed that these precautions are being taken for security reasons. The measures will remain in place until further notice.
Customers who require assistance outside of these hours are encouraged to plan their visits during the newly designated lobby hours. The Post Office will continue to provide updates as necessary.
