Martha Ridgway Offers Over 24 Years of Hands-On Real Estate Expertise in Central Florida

From Big Sky country to the Sunshine State, Martha Ridgway’s real estate expertise is wide ranging. The Montana native was a Realtor® and contractor who built single family homes before relocating to Florida in 2017.
The scenery may be different, but what didn’t change was Martha’s hands-on approach and start-to-finish personal connection with buyers and sellers.
“Start to finish means everything from listing to marketing, showing and closing. I don’t pass off my customers in the middle of a transaction,” she notes.
When Martha Ridgway joined Coldwell Banker Vanguard Edge Realty as a partner last year, she brought over 24 years of real estate experience to the position.
Her dedication led to increased production. Over the past year she earned titles such as Top Lister, Top Producer, and Million Dollar Club member within the firm.
“I was recently appointed as the Central Florida Global Luxury Ambassador for the Coldwell Banker Vanguard Edge (Tavares) and Lifestyle (The Villages) offices. This position involves educating and expanding the Global Luxury listings in Central Florida,” says Martha.
But Martha doesn’t only sell luxury homes. Her business focuses on The Villages, but she also sells in the surrounding area. Even with the current interest rates, Martha exceeded her numbers this past year and anticipates doing the same in 2025.
“As a Partner, I have an invested interest in the firm,” she notes. “I help monitor and watch the firm grow in production and quality of service. Our firm provides comprehensive services, including listing and selling both residential and commercial. Coldwell Banker Vanguard has a property management company that is full service and offered across Central Florida.”
When customers come to the office, they discover that although the atmosphere is modern and professional, the service is relational and personalized.
“We are completely full service, and our office atmosphere caters to our customers. We’ll bring you something from the in-office coffee bar and then we can settle in one of the private rooms with a big screen tv and computer to begin exploring your needs and offer our services,” says Martha.
She understands that not every customer wants to look up details on their computer or phone, so she makes sure they receive paper copies throughout the transaction.
“I believe in old fashioned customer service. It makes a difference,” she says simply.
