Support Needed to Hit Goal for New Florida K9 Officer License Plate

K9s United is launching a special new Florida license plate dedicated to honoring K9 officers and their handlers. This license plate represents a unique opportunity to support these brave teams while showcasing your pride on the road. However, they are currently just short of our goal and need your help to make this initiative a success.

The state of Florida requires that 3,000 plates be pre-sold before they will go into production, and as of now, they are just 650 plates away from reaching that target. The final deadline to pre-order is October 15th, and if they do not meet this goal, the plates will not be produced, and this vital fundraising opportunity will be lost.

For every license plate purchased, $25 will go directly to K9s United, funding critical training and equipment for K9 units across Florida. These resources are essential for ensuring the safety and effectiveness of K9 teams as they work to protect our communities.

How to Pre-Order Your K9s United License Plate:

  1. Visit www.K9sUnited.org.
  2. Provide your Florida driver’s license and vehicle information.
  3. Pay $34 to pre-order your plate.
  4. Receive a voucher from the DMV, which can be redeemed for your license plate once it’s available.

Why Your Support Matters: By pre-ordering this license plate, you’re not only showing your support for K9 officers but also directly contributing to their ability to perform their duties safely. The funds raised will go towards enhanced training, safety equipment, and supporting the families of K9s who have made the ultimate sacrifice.

This initiative is open to all Florida residents with an active Florida driver’s license. If you have any questions about the pre-order process or need additional information, please refer to our FAQ section on our website or contact us directly at info@k9sunited.org.

Act Now to Help Us Reach Our Goal! We’re just 650 plates away from making this license plate a reality. We urge all Florida residents to act quickly and pre-order by October 15th. Your support is crucial in ensuring that these plates are produced and that K9s United can continue its mission of supporting K9 officers throughout Florida.
