Construction is underway on a new Lady Lake medical office, a 7,129-square-foot, single-story facility that will include 16 exam rooms and three procedure rooms.

The development, located at 151 La Grande Blvd., about 250 feet south of the intersection of U.S. Highway 27/441, will also offer 48 parking spaces for patients and medical staff.

(Crews have begun construction on the new medical office right near the golf cart bridge on the historic side of The Villages.)

Although construction is progressing, a tenant for the facility has not yet been announced.

The site plan was submitted in April 2024 and received approval from the Lady Lake Town Commission in August 2024. Following early site work, the building permit was issued in May 2025, clearing the way for full-scale construction.
