Quan Nguyễn – Duct Man A/C and Heating

Duct-Man A/C and Heating opened in Eustis in 2006 and since then has gone from a one-man operation to a multi-million-dollar corporation. Founded by CEO Quan Nguyen, this renowned HVAC company does it all from residential, commercial and remodeling.  

Quan used to work all hours of the day, but now that his kids are older, his purpose is to be able to teach them everything he didn’t learn and inspire others.  

“Some people say that you’re either very lucky, or very good. I think I’m both,” says Quan. “My motivation is to wake up every day and put my family first because life is so short.” 

Along with his wife Tiffany and their three kids Ty-Bryant, 17, Alexis, 12, and Ronin, 8, Quan is very settled and happy in Eustis, and they don’t plan on moving. 

Quan also believes that his humble beginnings in a single parent household motivated him to succeed. But he also understands that hard work and persistence pay off, and it has.  

Moving forward, he wants to continue working hand in hand with charities, local rotaries and giving back his time by volunteering and public speaking. 

Quan is very competitive when it comes to team sports but still works on his golf game, mostly to raise money and stay humble.
