Saucy chicken chain Zaxbys® is celebrating the grand opening of its newest location in Eustis. Located at 15822 U.S. Highway 441, the new restaurant will officially open its doors for dine-in and drive-thru service on Monday.

The location is owned and operated by Justin Joiner and John White of ZaxBax SunCoast LLC, which now operates 12 locations across North Central Florida.

“We are very excited to bring the flavors of Zaxbys to Eustis,” Justin and John said in a joint statement. “We also look forward to partnering with the community and offering not only jobs, but long-term careers in our growing franchise group.”

Spanning 3,000 square feet, the new Zaxby’s features 54 indoor seats and a drive-thru for expedited service. The building showcases the brand’s Modern Farmhouse design, which includes Zaxby’s signature colors, logo, and sauce medallions, along with sauce-inspired artwork and vibrant branding elements.

Customers can place orders in-store, online at zaxbys.com, or through the Zaxby’s app available for download via Google Play and the App Store. Delivery is available through the app as well as via DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats.

Zaxby’s menu features freshly prepared Chicken Fingerz™, wings tossed in bold sauces, Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries, and Fried Pickles. The chain recently announced the permanent return of its Handcrafted Milkshakes in flavors such as chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and birthday cake. Each milkshake is handspun and topped with real whipped cream, sprinkles, and a maraschino cherry.

In celebration of Zaxby’s 35th anniversary, the brand has also launched Late Night Zax at participating locations. Available after 8 p.m., the promotion includes the new Zappetizer Trio, which allows customers to mix and match three sides or shareables with three sauces for $9.99.

The new Eustis location is expected to create up to 60 jobs in the area. Construction was completed by JamesCo Builders.
